If we had our time again we would have invested in an Eclipse Stay and Train from the get-go to establish an impeccable start to our puppy's behaviour. After several weeks staying with Jess in her home, our puppy returned to us a different dog. Through several sessions, Jess was able to refine what she was teaching and gave each family member the skills and confidence to turn things around - including our three year old! We cannot thank Jess enough! The thought of telling our children we would have to re-home their puppy as she was too aggressive was a heartbreaking possibility but thanks to Jess, no longer a thought.

Puppy pre school with Jess was a game changer! As new puppy parents we had so many questions and weren’t sure how to provide the best care for our lovely puppy Dusty… Jess answered all our questions, taught us how to understand our puppy better and how to full-fill his natural needs. 1 month later our puppy has learned how to behave better, he’s 18 weeks and it’s pretty much potty trained, has learned tricks, obedience, socialisation and we have learned how to give him what he needs to grow happy and healthy. Totally recommend and thank you heaps Jess!!!!

We have a new rescue dog with very little experience of how to behave in a family. Jessica was amazing at helping us understand our new dog & have us all on the same page with consistent training. Within a week we have a beautiful dog who sits on command & for her meals & is eager to please us. Two hours with Jessica saved us weeks of making it up & hoping we were doing the right thing. Hey Jess, just want to give you a big thanks for always guiding us in the right direction with Archie. In the last two weeks since board and train, we have noticed Archie’s demeanour has changed for the better. His door manners are better then before, walking on the lead has improve so much to the point he now doesn’t pull excessively on the lead and is giving a lot more eye contact with us. Also when we stop to cross the road, he know to sit straight away without us saying sit. Small wins but big wins for us! So thank you so much.

Jess helped to teach us the skills needed to transition our full of life Labrador into our household. Her knowledge , patience , ideas and tricks were amazing and they work!!!
